Pregnancies themselves are also explored with much more depth and sensitivity because of new mood swings, cravings and unique emotions. It’s nice to have these options for pregnant Sims and allows for much more complex storylines than the base game. If you like stirring up drama, there are also STDs, paternity testing and teen pregnancy which can all cause a little bit of chaos! Something else I really like about this mod is that it includes alternative methods for getting pregnant such as artificial insemination and surrogacy and also allows Sims to have an abortion if they choose to do so.
You can also discuss pregnancy and birth control options with other Sims which adds another layer to the intimacy of relationships and choices in the game. This mod creates really interesting dynamics between family members because you can set a Sims preference for wanting children or not and this preference will have consequences for their relationships and mood.
